Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all customers, please review our booking policy below: Deposits A deposit is required at the time of rental collection as collateral. The deposit amount varies depending on the product being rented. This deposit will be fully refunded upon return of the rental, subject to inspection and confirmation that the item is returned in its original condition. Rescheduling or Cancellation If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the booking time may result in the loss of the deposit. No Shows If you do not attend your booking and have not contacted us in advance, the deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.
